Terms of Service for Elusidate-AI
These terms of service (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between Elusidate-AI (“we”, “our” or “us”) and you (“you” or “your”) and govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
We provide a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) platform that uses ChatGPT to analyze CSV data, produce analysis, and charts from it. Our services allow you to summarize data, visualize it, and export it as a PDF or PPT.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Subscription
We offer a free plan with 50,000 tokens, a basic plan with 250,000 tokens, and a pro plan with 500,000 tokens (which are subject to change). The subscription fee for the basic and pro plans will be charged monthly or yearly, as selected by you. You may cancel your sub scription within 7 days of signing up for a monthly or yearly plan, and we will refund the subscription fee.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that our services may be subject to limitations and restrictions, including those related to the number of tokens provided for each plan.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services and content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data, charts, and software) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from our services without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.
